Cruise Planners ( Joe ) did a excellent job booking and rescheduling our group trip on Viking River on the Rhine. They did a excellent job keeping everyone informed with paper work and keeping us up to date with every detail for the trip. Thank You for a wonderful experience.

Joe and Bobbie have always went above and beyond to take care of us and book us great vacations, especially the one time that we did have a problem and between us and them we were able to resolve the issue so that we could have a stress free vacation. Joe worked very hard to rectify the situation and called me multiple times to keep me updated and I think he actually spent hours on hold on the phone and finally got it resolved. I have recommended them to multiple family and friends. THANKS

I was in the Hospitality Industry for many years as a GM. My brother worked for years for an airline and was a MGR in a reservation center for his airline. So why would I need a Travel Agent? Because when we went on a cruise to Alaska Joe and Bobbie had the answers to my questions and I had a lot of questions not only about the cost but with service quality, health inspection ratings, the amount of employees per guest and many more. When we went on our Rhine River Cruise on Viking, Joe and Bobbie had more answers to my questions. We have used them a lot and personally with the experience I have over the many years in the business, I know when to call a pro for answers and Joe and Bobbie are my pro's. This year Joe and Bobbie planned our Paris to Zurich trip on both the Moselle and Rhine Rivers on Viking and it couldn't have gone better, the fall weather was perfect the winery's we visited were outstanding and the international people on this cruise were a blast. Last night at dinner we ate with couples from Canada, Wales and England, what a blast of cultures. Thank you again Joe and Bobbie and looking forward to next year's trip.

I can not say enough good things. Due to a work scheduling issue my wife and I were scrambling to plan a last minute vacation to the Caribbean with 4 of our friends. I was hesitant to use a travel agency because I assumed that I could do the same thing for less money. After many many hours of "google" I got frustrated and decided to give Joe a call. That's all it took. One phone call and a few emails later we were all booked for 7 days in the Caribbean for a very affordable price! I simply told him where we wanted to go, the amount of money we wanted to spend, and the dates we had available. It was honestly that easy. Joe got us setup with every aspect of the trip aside from getting the group to the airport parking lot.
